Donald Glover is one of the most versatile artists in the business right now. He's an NYU alumni, star of NBC's Community, writer for 30 Rock, comedian, and DJ/musician therefore saying he's multi-talented is a bit of an understatement. Glover has been stirring up a commotion under the pseudonym Childish Gambino and recently wrapped up his iamDONALD tour. A few weeks ago I attended his show in Philly and it was bananas. He kicked off the night as Donald Glover the comedian discussing his encounter with Reggie Bush in a bar that sent the crowd in a tizzy of laughter. After that a short skit played which allowed him to transition into Gambino.
When Glover performs he truly embodies the ideal musician delivering every line and assuring the crowd that they're getting their money's worth. With the roar and excitement of the crowd it was a bit difficult to capture decent photos/videos but I tried my best.
