Zooey Deschannel is definitely becoming one of my favorite actresses! Her quirkiness, her liveliness, her free will to do whatever the hell she wants regardless of who's looking...I seriously think she is my personality twin, down to the core. What solidified this for me was her new show on Fox New Girl. I'm telling you non-stop laughter from beginning to end. Following one of the episodes that recently aired was her Cotton: The Fabric of Our Lives commercial and I remembered that she was in a band called She & Him so I decided to check them out. She & Him is an indie pop/folk band that consists of Zooey and her good friend Matthew Ward. Their sound has a sort of 50's/60's classic vibe to it and its playful and mellow. Reminds me of a cool summer day. I like :)
