A wonderful friend of mine recently introduced me to this amazing band from California by the name of Young the Giant who I am without a doubt obsessed with at the current moment. Lead by vocalist Sameer Gadhia, Young the Giant is nothing less than talented. Their big break came when they got the chance to open up for Kings of Leon after winning an online contest and before they knew it they were asked to play at one of the biggest music festivals to date -- South by Southwest in Austin TX.
Now this video is what really won me over. Sameer's voice is so smooth and unique and the crashing of the waves behind them just adds to their serenading performance. Just beautiful!
