Emily King is no newcomer to the music industry. As a matter of fact in 2004 she was signed to Jive Records thus releasing her first studio album "East Side Story" which garnered positive reviews from critics and fans alike. That same year she was honored with a Grammy nomination for Best Contemporary Album of the Year and went on to tour with acts such as John Legend, Alicia Keys, and Erykah Badu. Since parting ways with Jive, The Seven marks Emily's official return to the scene so you know this is only the beginning.
