Hear Me Out: Why Is Everyone In Marvin's Room?

Rochelle Jordan - Marvin's Room (Stop Calling)
Teyana Taylor - Marvin's Room (Her Room)

Ever since Drake debuted his drunk dialing confessional Marvin's Room a lot of people have been buzzing about it, especially the ladies. On the track Drake hits up his ex-girlfriend blatantly telling her that her new man ain't shit with the lyrics "Fuck that ni**** that you love so bad I know you still think about the times we had". Well Drizzy, you're not the only one that has a few things to get off their chests.  Rochelle Jordan, JoJo, and Teyana Taylor have all recorded their own version to the hit adding their own unique spin to it.

Rochelle Jordan speaks from the perspective of the ex-girlfriend that Drake called expressing her annoyance with his drunk dialing.  Teyana Taylor's lyrics are from the perspective of Drake but in female form. Her version delves more into her emotions and pain of a bad break-up and her struggle of dealing with it.  JoJo took the same approach as Teyana but in a more bolder tone.  Instead of discussing how broken up she is about the well break-up she rolls up her sleeves and basically hollers I CAN DO BAD ALL BY MYSELF. In my opinion all three versions are great! I have been a fan of JoJo since day one so if I had to pick a fav I would say JoJo slays! Take a listen for yourself. What do you think about the ladies approach to Marvin's Room? Are they better than the original?
